US domestic shipping

Within the US, I ship with USPS Priority. Please note that the ship times quoted are the time it takes to get to you AFTER it ships. There will always be a few days of processing time while I get your order together and made to order pieces generally take around 2-3 weeks to complete before shipment.

You will receive a notification with your order tracking number when you order has shipped. TurtleBay Jewelry cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.

International shipping

 I do ship worldwide! If your country is not registering as a country that we ship to please just send me an email at Danielle@TBJStudios.com with your shipping address and I will be able to set up shipping to your location via our website.


Returns

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

All orders are final. If you need to change something in your order please email Danielle@TBJStudios.com. I will evaluate returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.  For your protection, please pack your return item securely in its original packaging and return your order with an insured & trackable courier and retain your receipt. TurtleBay Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. I cannot refund shipping charges on returned, exchanged or damaged items. 

I am unable to accept returns of worn or damaged items and reserve the sole right to determine if an item has been returned in its original condition or has been subjected to wear and tear outside what is deemed in good standing with normal daily activities. I will not refund or exchange jewelry pieces that have been worn during extreme circumstances or activities in which one should not wear a family heirloom. TurtleBay Jewelry is not responsible for sizing errors on your part. Please be sure that you have had your finger/neck/wrist sizes properly gauged by a professional jeweler prior to ordering jewelry on our site or through our custom order process.

Returns will incur a restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.

Repairs

I will repair items within 30 days of purchase. Depending on the cause of the damage, there may be a charge for the repair. Repairs required after 30 days of purchase will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please note that TurtleBay Jewelry is not responsible for shipping charges on repair items.
